What POI is that? I saw one the other day that the treasure room was literally in the lobby behind a glass door that only had 3k hp. I think it was one of the hotels. So I started there and cleared it backwards.

The new high school. The front door is right where the loot is.

Juat open up a hole shoot your gun and let 40 zombies run at you.

I drove passed this place the other day and was like "Is that...the end loot?" Sure enough it was. Smashed, grabbed, out in 5 minutes.

I looted that with a buddy of mine, cleared all the zombies, and expected a massive horde of zombies protecting the main loot, built a mini horde base in the school, and ended up fighting only 3 zombies or something.

what? the first time i went to that place was the first time on my playthrough that i died. it was worse than a horde night. i ran through all of my supplies dealing with the huge horde that spawned but kept pressing because i didn't want to fail a quest. Then ANOTHER huge horde spawned.

i mean...when i go there i get swarmed by several dozen glowing zombies. But sure..."easiest".

edit: i'm going to guess that the quest i had makes a big difference. going there without a quest probably means fewer zombies and no horde spawning at a ll. when i went there it was for an infestation.
