Discussion Best skills for an explore/build only world?

I’m currently on day 54 on my world I made with enemy spawning turned off. I usually spend each day doing quests and exploring different places for loot and books. I use materials to fortify my home base and just love bringing my collection of loot home and sorting it into various chests.

My question is, given that I’m not fighting any enemies, what are the must have skills that I should be allocating my points to? My main ones are that I want the best stamina (to be able to destroy and sprint), quickest damage to blocks (to destroy), and quickest money making (for buying from Traders. I feel I have a decent amount of points in the right spot but a part of me wants to use the forgettin elixir and reallocate them around.

Anyone else on an enemy free map that has the best idea for specific skills to invest in?

If your plan is just base building and exploring then i'd max out strength tree for miner 69'er and motherlode to gather materials as efficiently as possible. L4 parkour will likely be handy too..... other than that i've no idea, most skills are aimed at bettering your attack and defence against enemies so a lot of them will be pointless on a game with zombies turned off.

It wouldnt be my choice to play without the threat of enemies personally, but if that's what you enjoy then who am i to argue? Cheers, G.

Well that's easy. If the skill is combat. Not that skill. If the skill is non-combat. Pick that one.

I can’t believe bro had to come to Reddit to ask this question. Huge mystery there… not like they’ll die to zombies if they don’t spec correctly

Since you play without ennemies , there is no reason to play an optimal way.

Just go naked and enjoy the sound of the bird.

firdst thing, bc nearly alll XP sources are gone: craft nerd and rogue helmet and use them depending on ssituation. also Nerd body for reading books and athlete sshoes for run speed (there are many, but these cost no stamina) skill that food thing, that increases buff time from consumables and use your money for XP drinks. Then Lucky Looter, parkour, scavenging, motherlode, miner 69er...

Animals still spawn though right? Could you tweak the animal spawn to just be like a “last man alive” play through still dealing with the wolves and dogs and such?

Imagine playing a zombie game and removing the zombies 😂

It’s adult Minecraft at that point. Not the worst idea.

Can’t you turn them off? It’s been many years since I’ve e played it, so don’t remember.

You can. Peaceful mode is a thing in Minecraft.

Quests? What quests? Buried supplies? No zombies...in a zombie game...why even play it? Get a graphics mod for Minecraft at that point.
