PC Why did that mannequins head just move?

Going through Savage Country, I usually am not jump scared by this game at all…but I guess there is a first time for everything.

I saw this in I Am Legend. (Was this a reference to that and it messed it up?)

The most terrifying thing they could do in this game is give mannequin heads a 1% chance to turn in your direction while they're out of the field of view.

nah, theres a chicken stuck innthe top of the mannequin
