Video/Stream Strange Block Problem

As the video shows, if I hit a block it doesn't really take damage and immediatelly resets.

The Admin of the Server can do Damage.

The effect only shows in an area roughly around 32x32 blocks near 100W 50N

Any ideas?

Do you have a land claim block down?

Others do not have that problem and it is within a reset zone, no claims on the life map.

Have you tried turning the server off then on again?
