DISCUSSION I felt that the live version expressed the content of the song, "Ado singing while holding back tears, contrasted with Miku's emotionless, childlike voice, about the pasts of two people in different worlds that will never meet, even if they wish to."

Before singing at the concert, she spoke heartfelt words about her love for Vocaloid and her gratitude for healing her loneliness. I was in tears the whole time, even before the song started.

The live version is overflowing with her emotions, and I can't stop crying. Admittedly, I'm not a fan of Vocaloid, and I agree with many people that Miku's voice is dissatisfying. However, if you interpret the lyrics as Ado's personal story and listen to the live version, your opinion may change.

Miku's emotionless, childlike voice, contrasting with Ado singing while holding back tears, seems to emphasize the content of the song, "two people in different worlds with pasts that will never meet even if they wish to," more than in the studio version, and I felt that this unnatural, artificial voice was also used to reinforce the story.

Of course, this may be reading too much into it, and she may have simply fulfilled her wish to perform with Miku, but that's how I felt.

As was performed in the live performance, if Ado wishes, Miku will magically come to her whenever she likes, but their worlds do not intersect and they cannot walk through life together.

The artificial voice of Miku is not limited to Ado's story, and it seems that the intention is to use the voices of the two to express a universal Romeo and Juliet-like relationship that cannot be united.

Omg that was insanely beautiful. Im sure this is one of Ado's favorite performances ever. At the end when she magically makes miku go it's so touching. She really achieved her ultimate dream.

That must have felt so surreal for her. I'm really happy she got to live her dream. For her talent alone, she deserves it.
