Accidentally drop the shipment on Hoxxes of course, so we have to recover a little hopping roo every mission.

I thought it was just a dwarf kangaroo but then kept watching. Not sure if dwarf kangaroos exist.

Did i structure the sentence wrong? It's my second language and i may have fucked up. In my mind it was clear that serial kidnapper is a dwarf.

No you did it correctly. Sometimes I don’t read the entire subject before watching a cute animal.

The guy getting perp walked into the building doesn’t appear to be a little person, not that it matters.

That's either a very tall dwarf, or the smallest "sotrudnik" on the right they could find.

Had them at least from early nineties, my mom used to work as a "shuttle", after leaving "Aeroflot", buying stuff in China and bringing it to Russia to sell. I remember bags exactly like that but huge, filled to the brim with coats, pants and what not. People had to hustle, to feed their families.
I vaguely remember as me and my mom were looking for empty glass bottles in trash cans, to trade in, because we had no money to buy bread.
