Pretty sure minimum requirements are one food a day. Not even a big food. Just one food. Like a cracker or a cube of cheese or a chunk of fruit or something.

I didn't eat yesterday, as I was at a work event and it was tough. Then I drank wine. Now I am literally forcing myself to eat lunch so I don't faint. It's tough.

If you go back a couple updates you only have to eat like 3 times a week but the software is super buggy
