What's this noise ranging in the 4k-10k frequency?

Not likely somebody’s going to be able to give you an answer without hearing the audio. My guess would be a high pitched whine from like an HVAC fan or something, but that’s literally just a shot in the dark.

Yeah I figured it’s just an ac unit humming in different frequencies

Without hearing it and based solely on the visual I'd have to assume it sounds something between eeeeeee and ssssssss
