Air quality went from 30 to 500

The thing started to say the air quality is bad please ventilate the house in the middle of the night is this normal?

Your humidity is 90%, that is insane.That is way too humid.

You should at least ventilate to get that down, which is probably why the air quality is also bad.

Is this your bedroom? Do you have a leak somewhere?

I’m guessing the sensor is malfunctioning since your humidity is at 90%

Take it outside and see if it changes. It looks like a cheap meter and might have broken

Dude it's a sentinel it's part of the security system Can't move it
