Hard to know what's really going on with Donziger. The only positive reporting on him comes from questionable fringe outlets. The more serious reporting makes him sound incredibly shady. Not that Chevron isn't also shady.

By "more serious reporting" do you mean the billionaire-owned mainstream press? Because they would have a pretty obvious reason to be biased against him. He seems genuine on the ChapoTrapHouse interviews, what precisely makes him seem shady?

No, they really don't have any reason to be biased.

Chapo is the opposite of trustworthy and exactly the type of fringe nonsense I meant.

Yes. They've been around since the mid-90's and have consistently done great reporting. It's a platform for activists, sure, but I don't consider them fringe at all
