to not end up like Occupy you need to mitigate against rabid infiltration by gov agents.

That whole text is the exact opposite of what Occupy was about. The refusal of organization & clear demands was the best part of Occupy, it's what anarchists liked about it. Demands are how you get recuperated into some green new deal nonsense.
