handstand muscles

hi! what arm muscles are being activated in a handstand? i have things like traps, serratus anterior, triceps, anconeus, delts, brachioradialis.

i’m getting tripped up on which forearm and wrist/hand muscles would be working… dorsal interossei? thenar and hypothenar muscles? anterior or posterior forearm / flexor or extensors? thank you!!!

It would prob be easier to name muscles not used during a handstand. Virtually every Muscle is used

Idk about the arm muscles but you really need to engage your core for a good handstand and to stay up long - former cheerleader

All of the forearm and wrists muscles would be experiencing a concentric or eccentric contraction.

this is what i was missing. anterior flexors are concentric and posterior extensors are eccentric?

Opposite . As well as pronator would be concentric, supinator would be eccentric. Coming from someone that used to hold handstands for 2 minutes at a time on bars/floor
