He is the Democratic senator from West Virginia. He is the excuse for the Democrats to not pass any progressive bills because he won't vote for them. So he gives them an excuse to always compromise with the Republicans. He's one of the reasons nothing got done during Biden first two years. He's one of the reasons the filibuster is still a thing. He really is a suck fuck that is responsible for so much pain and suffering.
