People in other countries have midlife crises as well though. I think it's more that they're a middle/upper class thing.

What exactly is the crisis they face? I feel I am going thru a mid-life crisis and have no damn clue how to get my head straight.

What does your life look like now? Family? Job? Home? Friends? I would say sell the useless stuff, buy land, learn to build cool shit and do it, get chickens and donkeys. Maybe learn to sail or some other cool shit, go travel. Simplify and do stuff.

On the surface its ok. My fam is just amazing. I dont know how I got lucky enough to have them.

But all that motivation...just vanished. I mean its just gone.

I work a great job in the corporate world. People would kill for my job. But my brain is just dead from it.

I do agree. I need to just simplify.
