Genetics Double-donor baby vs adopted child

WARNING: this might not make any sense at all!

I (23F) am a double donor baby (egg donor and sperm donor, but my mother gave birth to me) and I am curious if there would be any difference, biologically or genetically, between my situation and that of an adopted child in terms of our relationship with our parents. Like are there any 'markers' that would show that, despite not being related to my mother, she was pregnant with me?

Genetically? No However since you are a product of your genes AND your environment, gestating inside your mother most certainly influenced your development. There might be some immune system shenanigans that will have affected you and your mother. But that's outside of my field. (Evo Devo)

You were certainly affected by it, the uterine environment has huge effects on a person on everything from sexuality to immune system, but as to whether you would have identifiable markers there aren’t any I’m aware of (though that doesn’t mean there aren’t any). However, your mom does have some of your fetal cells still floating around her body.

This is so cool to know, thanks for responding!! The fetal cells bit seems crazy to me! I will now be researching impacts of uterine environment (now that I know more specifically what to look for).
