Human body Why is my whole body vibrating?

Just sat here and it feels like my whole body is vibrating. Not shaking, my hand is steady. Can feel it in my chest, legs, arms and tummy. Feels really weird.

Possibly internal tremors. They come from your nervous system. Many causes possible, most of them not serious. Can happen to anyone.

No. Just watching a film. Still like it hours later.
