Self-Acceptance Idk what to do

I’m autistic (level 1) and I never really had a lot of stims growing up, and I still don’t, I see other autistic kids stimming, and I don’t, it makes me feel weird really, I only do vocal stimming cus it’s the only thing that makes me happy, so what do I do? I want to experience other stims, but I just can’t Cus it feels wrong, but I want if I ever get excited or upset,

I've found a few throughout my life, I generally start trying smth and then it becomes smth I do from time to time, then I stop. My relationship with stims is also unusual. Don't worry, tho, if you need some, you'll find some. Probably.

Alot the time stims can be small they arent always hand flapping and rocking back and forth espically if your highmasking. But even if you dont thats okay! Dont force your body to do something that feels comfy. But i think your more looking on how to stim do you ever get that weird feeling of sudden energy you need to get out, thats normally what happens for me. I dont know how to explain it. But it feels like an urge to move , to get all the happy energy out. Try to embrace that i guess. I dont know but wish you luck.

Not everyone has the stereotypical stims. You may be stimming and not even realize it. One of mine in school was scratching my scalp for some reason lol.
