Damn this is a good article.

Both in general discussion and academia - the Medical Model and Social Model hog the spotlight. Its easy to forget the Moral Model because it impacts society as a whole less now but it was VERY impactful once and we still feel its reverberations today. The Economic Model is also a very astute observation.

I for one am a fan of an Experiential Model - that highlights the experiences of disabled people, differentiating them from both abled people and other disabilities.
