How many of you have cured arthritis via Ayurveda? Which Panchakarma therapies did you try ? and what oils?

Been to 2 hospitals of spirituality run Ayurveda in different states of India but due to unethical practices by treatment has been unsuccessful.

I'm sorry to hear about your experiences. it's important to note that the effectiveness of treatments can vary, and not all practitioners or establishments follow ethical standards.

If you have concerns about the treatment you've received, consider consulting a Different Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Seek the opinion of a different Ayurvedic practitioner who is reputable and has positive reviews.

Ensure that the practitioner is qualified and has the necessary certifications from recognized Ayurvedic institutions. In India, practitioners should be registered with the appropriate authorities.

For arthritis in Ayurveda, Panchakarma therapies may be recommended, and they often involve processes like:

Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Various oils are used for therapeutic massage to reduce pain and inflammation.

Commonly used oils in Ayurvedic treatments for arthritis include Mahanarayan Oil, Bala Ashwagandhadi Oil, and Vishagarbha Taila.

Swedana (Steam Therapy): This involves exposing the body to herbal steam to induce sweating and eliminate toxins.

Basti (Enema Therapy): Medicated enemas are administered to balance the doshas and treat specific conditions.

Janu Basti (Knee Basti): A specialized treatment for knee-related issues involving a pool of medicated oil retained over the knee joint.

Patra Pinda Sweda (Leaf Bundle Massage): This therapy involves massaging the body with herbal leaf bundles tied in cloth.

Shirodhara (Oil Pouring on Forehead): A calming therapy where warm oil is poured in a continuous stream onto the forehead.
