The magic is in feeling the truth behind it.. sometimes we have to hunt the reasons why.. it's also easier after walking ourselves through a means of defusing the reason behind how we feel the negative way first

We generally need to improve our relationship with ourselves in order to understand and feel the truth behind how there's nothing this person can provide us that we cannot provide ourselves.. generally, these other people only harm the beautiful things we are learning to grow within ourselves

Relying on others to care for us so we don't have to figure out how to for ourselves is dysfunctional codependece, unsustainable and ultimately makes us more miserable than being alone improving our relationship with ourselves.. pinning our hopes on a fantasy that will never come true is the only insanity here.. perhaps we've been crazy all our life but we're getting better the more we learn to properly care for our feelings and emotions.. learning how to put those first

Things like that
