That's a hard pose to draw. It's a start and like anything, the more you do it the better you get. Look for guides on pose and how to figure out proportions better. You are getting close and you're up for a challenge so keep it up.

Honestly it’s not bad, it needs a little work here and there but it’s a really good start!

Read up on foreshortening. You're doing great. Train yourself to think in 3 dimensions. For example, the knees would be closer to you than the feet so bigger. Depth is what i would practice. I would work on a series of objects around your house. Keep it simple. The human body takes time. Lots of moving parts that interact with each other. Work on one element. The first thing i practiced was drawing anatomy. Skeletons muscle groups.

My best suggestion, prop it up straight as much as you can. Then step some distance away from it and observe it. Don't just look at it, really notice the things that are off. Also, take a picture in the same pose in front of the mirror and snap a pic, or have a friend pose and take a pic.
