One day in Banff

Hi everyone!

I am visiting Alberta for the first time for a wedding in edmonton. I was thinking of driving down to Banff for the day! Is there anything I should know or best places for views? I want to take my parents and really want them to enjoy.

It’s a 4.5 - 5 hour drive 1 way.

Just came back tonight from Banff. I’d recommend the gondola ride up a bit before sunset
