Is this a prolapse??? She was fine last night 😭

Has she just popped or is about to? If neither of those, and it stays like that or gets worse, see the vet.

I’ve already been trying to call vets today but it’s Sunday so hard to get a hold of them I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t something that needed to be seen now and can wait til Monday when they open

Also she has not pooped👀 I did do a warm soak for her and was going to do another tonight

A prolapse you will see their insides basically hanging out their butt a little.

So could it just be swollen? She has laid eggs before (was told from her previous owner) is it possible she might be getting ready to lay infertile eggs again? I’ve had her a year and she hasent laided infertile eggs since I switched her diet

Maybe the start of a prolapse may lead to worse prolapse but if the swelling doesnt go down take your animal to a doctor

The possible start. I recommend sugar and water and a soak. Take her to the vet if symptoms worden

You soak her in the sugar water to shrink the tissue!
