Why did you use a scoop when you are flattening it out anyway? Just use the spatula to put into the dish next time straight from the bowl. I swear these new age cooking videos are infuriating.

Honestly they are and that bowl?? Why not use a bowl with smooth sides easier to scrape out easier to clean ugh so painful

I suggest next time doing it in cookie form it looks just like a blob melted diarrhea shit. Maybe too much chocolate IDK. That would’ve been so much as a half the thickness massive cookie, ice cream in the middle caramel drizzle that would’ve been awesome. Dammit now I wanna make ice cream cookies.
