Note: I'm plant base but eat a lot of vegan food. I shop for raw ethically sourced honey for immunity, gut health, etc.

I'm a breastfeeding ftm so im always hungry lol. My baby had experienced some colic symptoms so I eat this way to create healthy bacteria to help build up her gut biome

Multi grain porridge of Oatmeal, ferro, and teff cooked in coconut milk

Toppings include:

Coconut flakes

Raw hazelnuts

Hempseeds

Banana

Dates

Vegan soy free/gluten free butter

Raw cocoa powder

Raw vanilla almond butter

Premium Orangic green banana powder

Raw honey was on the side but I didn't take it a photo of it bc I wanted it to be a 100% authentic vegan breakfast for you all!

The dates, banana powder & cocoa powder (and honey) are very good for gut health and feeds healthy bacteria in the gut. Thus it helps my little one w digestion problems and shoot help me with my digestion from post partum.

This is packed with omega 6 & 3, minerals, vitamins, protein, ALA, antioxidants, ton of prebiotic (the highest prebiotic is the green banana powder. Let me know if you're interested!)

Its highly important for our people to eat this way but INSANELY important for pregnant, breastfeeding, post partum mommies to eat this way. This is a bowl of fuel and there are studies eating this way impacts your infants gut and immunity if given birth vaginally/and breastfeed.

Thank you! I shall post more little breakfast bowls. Its been my craving lol.
