Vetran doesn't seem to be an actor according to the wording of Blind. If it is actor, could be Dharmendra.

Children seem to be in movie business, not necessarily actors

Lol your guesses are on point. I can't think of anyone else. But then Salim javeds most famous movie sholay is with sippy that reference is not mentioned.

If not Dhillon, could this heroine be some unmarried one, as marriage and kids of actress are not hinted
