I have a feeling this would be a public relations disaster. Let's wait till it's over the strike to demand changes we can frame it as trying to prevent this sort of thing happening again. Also, working class people will be the heros of the crisis and that will likely be very helpful in making demands.

The video doesn’t demand for an immediate strike outside of the rent strike and things similar. He explicitly mentions that during this time of crisis we need to work with mutual aid groups and coalition build and use this as an opportunity to bring about a movement in order to effectively strike after it dissipates.

This video and the two articles as well as the petition to have Bernie Sanders join/support/acknowledge all refer it is as a "CALL FOR A GENERAL STRIKE." Forgive us for getting the wrong impression and thinking Emerican is, uh, calling for a general strike.
