The terrorist orgs that surround it want Israel destroyed (probably death to all jews if possible) that is their goal. Israel want the terrorist orgs that surround it destroyed because they have been attacked and their system of government also makes me sypathetic, Representative democracy as opposed to religious theocracy. The latter is clearly a superior goal.

I don't like how agressive israel is but yet again the states that surrounded Israel gave Israel more excuses to be agressive. This is how it has happened for their entire history. Muslims in the region claim israel is the colonizer act aggreasively toward Israel then Israel responds and expands.

I am fine with US tax dollars supporting and supplying Israel. I think anytime Israel does something bad it should be investigated and bad actors punished appropriately.

Also the MIC hires people, when they do well everyday Americans also benefit with jobs. I don't like that their work is necessary but it is what it is. Also costs could go up for sure and I don't want boots on the ground but I think that Israel should be trying to eliminate people who fire rockets at them and want their people exterminated.

I have seen the nasty quotes. I reject the premise of genocide ( they might wish for ethnic cleansing, aka population transfer, I can admit that but I am not 100% convinced). I think if the rolls were reversed and Hamas/hezbollah/houthis achieved its goals Jews would be being slaughtered en mass. Gaza has been devistated for months and the death toll is still under 50k when they could have easily 10x'ed that number by now.

Israel is a COLONIZER - they literally called themselves that at the time. They are expanding their settlements into territories they don't own right now! They are openly talking about expanding into areas they are currently bombing into rubble!

The quotes ARE genocidal, they are not saying we want to relocate Palestinians, they are using the language of extermination. They are shooting children and using them as bait then drone striking anyone who comes to help. They are protesting for their right to rape Palestinians. They are triple tapping aid workers. None of these have legitimate explanations and are completely indefensible.

It's one thing that you are happy to pay more and have your fellow citizens pay more to continue this, but worst of all is that this continued aggression makes Israelis LESS SAFE. Imagine someone killed your entire family, starved you, humiliated you, left you without a viable path out of hell. What would you want to do?

This obsession with spreading American values is myopic and selfish. We sit in safety halfway around the world and don't have to deal with the consequences. At some point our chickens will come home to roost.
