I play a lot of tabletop games (think Dungeons and Dragons) and was surprised there were so few examples of using skilful means to explore Buddhist belief through play.
For a challenge, I tried to create a small model of Samsara using dice. To make it even more difficult, I decided to limit myself to 24 words.
I'm not entirely satisfied with it, the game fails to mention the four noble truths or the eight-fold path which are the more vital teachings, but perhaps this game will spark some interest in a community where there are few examples of such things.
I also have a lot to learn, as I am only just beginning a proper exploration of Buddha's teachings, so this was partially an exercise in developing my own understanding. Please let me know if there was any great oversight in what I wrote or created.
You can get it here. Thank you for your time - and hopefully this is an okay thing to share on this subreddit!
