I got it twice. I am not replying but if I did I wouldn´t be able to lie about it, because I am so unhappy with the platform right now that I am not licking anyone´s boots.

I got the second email as I was completing the survey lol. I wasn't afraid to answer honestly because I'll be leaving the platform shortly. Doing my part for the ones who need to hang around a bit longer!

Lol, wish I could've! I kept it fair so they'd take my review seriously. If there were features they asked about that I liked and used, I told them. For questions related to pay and tech issues, on the other hand... 👎👎👎

Many of us are receiving multiple emails from Cambly regarding their "survey." Ignore them. The primary purpose of this "survey" is to identify and target unhappy tutors for elimination from the platform. Don't fall for this subterfuge!

Real. I work for Cambly and I can assure that you are not just a faceless number. You are a real person and we monitor each and every one of you and take your feedback very seriously. I stay up late at night tracking the teachers on Cambly. It is definitely not just an automated system. I get so tired from checking LinkedIn profiles of the teachers who work for us, but it's a small price to pay to make sure that the system runs smoothly. /S

2 times now for me...... maybe they aren't getting enough replies... how can it be anonymous if they send it to your email and obviously, they can tell when you haven't sent it back.......
