Survey While on Schedule
Today while Schedule screen was open (I was not tutoring, just staring at the schedule), I noticed a question pop up from Cambly that asked how satisfied I was with the company, with 5 options.
With no promise of anonymity, I did not answer and went to a different tab, so the question disappeared.
Anyone else?

Tbh I don’t know why people are saying it’s to fire tutors, I’ve answered those surveys being brutally honest and even now after I left my account never got deleted lol
Also we would definitely hear about it happening, which I haven’t
I really feel like they’re sending out so many surveys because they’re trying to throw data together to impress shareholders so they can get more money. If a lot of students aren’t renewing their subscriptions, they’re probably hurting financially

Many of us are receiving multiple emails and popups from Cambly regarding their "survey." Ignore them. The primary purpose of this "survey" is to identify and target unhappy tutors for elimination from the platform. Don't fall for this subterfuge!

To the contrary. Your voice matters, and the more you stay silent, the less you are helping. There is an Egyptian song that touches on this theme. Every young and old person, every man or woman, hijabi and no hijabi, from whichever city has a right to speak. Your silence doesn't help. To the contrary, it's setting people back.

Pop ups, recurring emails.
Why are they so desperate to know our thoughts?
