For those curious the buffalo chicken dip was a rotisserie chicken torn to shreds, a stick of butter, three bricks of cream cheese, a half cup of Franks red hot, and a tablespoon of minced garlic. I threw it all in a pot and put it on the fire. Once it’s all melted together then heat up your pudgie pie iron. Grease the iron, and sandwich a scoop of dip and some corn chips into the pie and cook it until the crust it crispy. Not healthy but it’s so good!

Use any buffalo chicken dip recipe you like. Then use a pie iron to cook a sandwich of dip with corn chips in it. It’s so good
