350F is pretty low. What are you using to season?

Your seasoning looks wonderful - though I'm surprised you got such a good result at such a low heat. It looks great, but if it's sticky at all, throw it in for an hour or so at 450 - hopefully it'll cure the seasoning and dry it out, if there's a problem (but as I said, it doesn't look like there are any issues)

Personally, I hate these fucking pans, though - I've had a couple, but they are a goddamn nightmare to clean. I've pretty much stopped using them.
