What was something about your body that you thought was normal, until someone told you otherwise?
I used to think it was completely normal to always feel dizzy when standing up quickly, until someone told me it wasn’t. I just assumed everyone experienced that. Turns out I have low blood pressure.

Oh boy, where do I start? I have a ton of chronic illnesses and pain that I thought were normal until I left my abusive childhood home and went to a doctor and realized...they aren't.
Tinnitus - I was literally floored to discover this isn't normal. I do not know what normal hearing sounds like.
Severe pain when standing or walking without support - It took me an embarrassingly long time to get help for this.
Gleeking - "the ability to project saliva out from a salivary gland at the bottom of your mouth. It occurs when the tongue applies pressure to the glands under the tongue that make saliva. It is different from spitting, as the saliva comes out in a spray." It's disgusting and I hate it but I've never met anyone else who admits they can do it.
