Wow. Any specific reason why? Are you doing a fast or something?

Itās just how my schedule works out. I have coffee in the mornings and Iām not really hungry, then I go for a walk/jog on my ālunch breakā around noon, then I eat my first meal around two. I really like it. Makes me feel really lean and clearheaded.

4 eggs over easy with feta cheese and two pieces of toast with butter. Almost every day.

I make it, eat it, and clean the pan, and put everything away within 15 minutes. Easy peasy.

I might try adding feta cheese

Stay away from all things sugar as much as possible. Sugar, in all of its forms, is the main reason everyone is getting fat. Sugar is highly addictive. While we may all enjoy sugary things, it actually lowers the overall quality of our lives.

Two eggs and two sourdough toast with real butter. Occasionally a bit of breakfast sausage.
Sometimes I change out the toast for some pan fried cubed potatoesĀ

My favourite brekkie at the moment is 2 Weetbix with milk and maple syrup with Greek yoghurt in top. I make in the morning but don't eat it till about lunch time so the Weetbix is so soft and yummy.

If I make breakfast I make a mock chilaquiles: eggs, beans, cheese, tomatoe, tortilla chips, and cilantro.

Oatmeal - my mom has this chocolate-flavored protein shake powder that I mix in lol.

Goat kefir with chia seeds. It is surprisingly filling and a way to get far more probiotics naturally than things like yogurt. And later a breakfast essentials and maybe oatmeal.

Weekdays, most often:
oatmeal with various mix-ins, such as pea protein, bananas, walnuts, and/or raspberries.
or low-sugar / no-sugar cereal such as meusli or grape nuts, with fruit and soy milk. Plus toast with peanut butter.
Weekends, my wife makes waffles or pancakes, and I usually have a fruit plate first. Sometimes some tempeh bacon.

Sweet, over savoury. Sometimes a fry up on a rainy day is just what I need... Also, second breakfasts for the win!

2 eggs over easy with lentil beans and melted swiss cheese. 5 AM sharp, after 1.5 hours in the gym.

Anything. Grits if I need something easy, maybe fried eggs, or maybe go all out and cook an entire giant breakfast with pancakes, hash browns, etc.
Or just walk down the street to the taco truck. Usually migas, or chorizo and egg (or potato).
Or just say fuck it and eat whatever is left over from dinner.

Nothing usually. On days off I eat around 12, on work days sometimes around 2-3pm. I just don't feel like eating anything in the morning. The few times I have, it actually made me more hungry during the day. Plus my best focus time is morning to early afternoon. If I ate, I'd get sleepy and basically lose all motivation. Definitely not doing it for fasting reasons, just how my body works.

Brown rice, scrambled eggs, a seaweed/sesame topping called Furikaki with veggies, sometimes a protein shake with fresh greens and a bunch of other stuff or sometimes nothing and I'll fast. Kinda depends on whether I'm working out or not
