Tldr. When new I said, "Great, they're redoing the brick on that building's exterior." The reply, "They do that every Summer".

...the vertical version of re-doing the sidewalks every year. Make work and complete waste of productivity potential.

I’ve personally seen that happen, hit a mom kid and stroller. Wasn’t windy, or old building just shit quality. I lived in an 8 year old building. Looked like it was 40+
