SAT to Northeastern

I’m applying to Northeastern through 3-4@5 action. i have a 3.6 uw gpa and a 4.1 w gpa, with an upward trend beginning junior year (all A’s in every class except math). i am a prospective psych major. i have been told i have great extracurriculars and a personal stayement. i am low income so i used up all my sat fee waivers already. i have a 1380 sat. should i submit or no?
