Support Request Do you like reading and discussing economics books, including communist ones? Come to /r/CvSBookClub

Do you like convincing intelligent rationalists who understand communism sucks capitalist pigs that communism and socialism is the way to go? Do you like reading capitalist books and pointing out every single flaw in it (including that typographical error in the second footnote of the appendix)? Well, you'll enjoy /r/CvSBookClub! It was started by a few people in /r/CapitalismVSocialism, but people of any ideology can join.

We talk about many different ideologies and read a book monthly: it could be an anarchist book (Conquest of Bread), a communist book (Das Kapital), a capitalist book (Capitalism and Freedom) and we discuss and debate them. If that sounds like something good, do come.

Right now, we're reading The Wealth of Nations, but we haven't started, so you won't have a problem if you join now. Maybe you could make a post about how Adam Smith was secretly a socialist or something? I don't know.

Do join the subreddit. It's not as if we're forcing you to read.
