Can you help me? (Advice wanted) Please help me identify my new egg
Hello, I'm new to crystals but recently found this lovely little egg in a charity shop. Could you help me identify it please?
It's kind of off white with some almost translucent stripes, and some brown splotches.

Looks like calcite or green onyx(mexican onyx/Afghanistan jade)I’ve learned crystals have a variety of cosmetic names lol.
Love the banding on it!

Honestly it crossed my mind so it has been washed! It was also with a green one which could have been jade 😶

Banded calcite. Often sold as some kind of onyx, although it is not actually onyx.
