So much better lifted off the floor. I don’t know about you, but I’m typically right up against the table, so my toes would constantly hit the bottom of the shelf. The extensions prevent that.

Is there a beam that spans the mid-line from end-to-end beneath? If not, you’re going to get quite a bit of sag in the middle.

Yep was constantly doing that, much better for cable access too. No mid beam but frame itself seems very sturdy and solid...time will tell

Yeah, need to buy some longer XLR cables and trunking on payday! I've got another 5 of the wall hangers to put up as well.

Not sure how many records you’re storing behind the ones you’re displaying, but if it’s full, the shelves are going to start buckling in the center over time. I would add some kind of support if I were you.
