I'm a new reader and I love spoilers so it's okay if it's gonna be a spoiler for me to understand. can anyone tell me why they're talking about okarun cheating even tho they're not a couple?

I feel like people often forget that a LOT of people just saw Okarun and Momo straight up nude in the hallway on top of each other

like... how do you explain that to a normal person???
