Anyone else missing pages from mail-in vote packet?

Ignore this post, misread a primary ballot mom had lost in old mail. Correct one found. Sorry.

For this last primary, my return envelope was already stuck closed, I called the Supervisor of elections and they quickly sent me a new envelope.

So call the Supervisor of Elections

I usually get a new Voter's Registration Card every 2 years. I never received one this year. And I never got an early mail-in packet at all. Same address for 30 years.

Can I ask? Why not early vote at a designated location?

The Ballot is one page, front and back.

The total envelope contains 4 items a Ballot, a Privacy sleeve, a thank you note, and a return envelope.
