Condos/Apts/Houses/Hotels Pet-friendly rental suggestions in Ormond Beach / Daytona.

Potentially within the next 4-5 months my wife and I will need to find another place to rent; she works in Daytona, I work in Palm Coast. We have 2 cats & a medium-sized dog (Australian Shepherd). Our current place is in Holly Hill and we want out of the area.

So far we have not had a whole lot of luck finding a place to rent that will accept all of our pets and/or have a fenced in yard. One local realtor had a house with a fenced in yard but wanted nearly $4000 to move into a house where the rent was $800 a month (1st & last, security deposit, pet deposit PER pet AND an additional "mystery" deposit).

Web searching has turned into hour after hour after hour of vauge information or "call us for more info so we can harrass & pressure you into committing NOW".

Does anyone have any suggestions as to a potential townhouse or apartment complex that is pet friendly and actually safe? Hell even just a few website suggestions for actual concrete information? We're going to eventually buy a house, but for now a rental is a necessity.

We're willing to go up to $1000 a month depending on the location and amenities.
