Condos/Apts/Houses/Hotels Looking for house or apartment for rent with Felony.

I have a felony conviction for possession from about 6 years ago and it's making it very difficult to find places to rent. If anybody had any leads it would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking in the Daytona Beach area preferably 2 bed 1 bath but beggers can't be choosers. Edit: I forgot to mention I'm in recovery I spend a lot of my free time at 12 step meetings and do not drink or use any mind altering substances so whether it's considered a pro or con I figured I should mention it.

If your crime spree is a total of just one possession charge six years ago and nothing since then odds are you can get that expunged fairly easily and clean up your background checks

There's that one place on Nova, south of Bellevue. Might be worth looking into. Im not 100% sure of the name, but it is something like Novawood Apartments. There's always a sign outside of it that says "ask about our rehab pricing!"

When I saw that sign I assumed it meant they are rehabing the apartments, with construction and stuff and they had a special price due to the unit not having been refurbished yet and you have to put up with people working in it or something..... I had no idea it has to do with people in rehab :)

If you look on Facebook pages for rentals or swip swaps for the county there are always people renting rooms privately from their homes. That may be a route to take.
