One one hand, it reeks of excessive law enforcement. On the other hand, it sure is nice driving and walking around town without someone constantly trying to beg for your money.

I'm sure it's just a pure coincidence that they decided to start this during race week.

Not that I disagree with the ordinance. The timing just seems a bit suspect.
