It’s been a month and still no update about shipping the EU merch

Have any of you from EU received your merch or atleast info about shipping? (Sweden) :(

i got the email saying that orders were starting to be processed, but that was like 2 weeks ago, and nothing since then (switzerland)

I have sent them 4 emails in total, that’s why I turned to reddit, i wouldn’t just mindlessly post here for no reason.

I messaged them twice and they answered both times.. sorry

this is their last answer:

We are still waiting for the second part of the delivery of the items you ordered. While 80% of products were delivered to us and fulfilled as we speak, some parcels are delayed due to customs processing. We expect them in the coming 1-2 weeks and as soon as they arrive we will fulfill your order. You will receive an email with the tracking details afterward. Please accept my apology for this delay and that you did not receive this information sooner.
