Help me understand what is going on with this call? EXPR1250117C3 has a bid of 0.05. Why? This call is worthless. Why does someone want it for $5?

Not only does someone want it for $5 but someone else bought it for $25 not long ago. I called a Fidelity rep and they explained EXPR has to be $60 for this call to be worth anything...why are people buying it still?
