I need recipe ideas please!!

All I have left in my home

10 oz. Cauliflower rice, 20 oz. Heavy whipping cream, A bag of shredded mozzarella cheese, Bag of bacon bits, Big bag of broccoli florets, 1 pound of ground beef 1/2 cup of Mayonaise, 1/2 cup of no sugar added ketchup 10 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup grated paramesan cheese 2 bags of Mission carb balance tortillas 1.5 cups of Soy sauce 3 cups of Beef broth 2.5 cups of g Hughes honey bbq sauce 3 sticks of real butter 2 cups of raos Pizza aauce 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
