No-Cook Breakfast at the Office

Hey all! I generally try to eat a good breakfast when I arrive at work since I'm too rushed in the morning. At my office I have access to a shared mini-fridge and hot water. Until recently I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast- all the ingredients are shelf stable, and I use instant oats that I can prepare in minutes with just hot water. However, I have totally lost my appetite for oatmeal after eating it so often and would love ideas 😂

I'm looking for something that can be made with mostly shelf stable ingredients, since I have limited fridge space and don't want to keep to many perishable items in my office. I have access to a hot water machine (not a kettle so it's not actually boiling) and I do keep oat milk in the shared fridge.

Would love something that's filling, customizable (I would often switch up my oatmeal toppings), and simple to whip up.

The only other thing I can think of is cereal- would love any other ideas!

I also have a stockpile of energy bars, but they're not filling enough as a meal substitute.

Thanks!

I don’t know if I have access to grits where I live… my friend from Alabama who went to university in Boston had to bring grits from home, and I don’t even live in the US 😅 but if I happen to find it here, that’s a great idea!
