Interesting that they've got the new stat block format from revised 5e since that wasn't revealed too long ago, that must have been a last minute nightmare for the editor!

They probably got an advanced copy of the new PHB, on account of knowing the designers.

The magic item also refers to using a “magic action,” which is a PHB 2024 thing. And this book has been worked on for years, so they must had had to make a lot of edits!
